2. General Terms
2.1 By using our Website, purchasing a Digital Product, enrolling in a Course or accessing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2.2 You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products or use any paid services.
2.3 Additional terms may apply to specific Digital Products, promotions, special offers or services. Where applicable, these will be communicated before purchase.
2.4 We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, applicable laws or operational requirements.
2.5 Changes to these Terms will not retrospectively remove contractual rights relating to purchases already completed. Where changes materially affect existing customers, we will take reasonable steps to notify them.
2.6 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
3. Purchases, Payments, Cancellation and Refunds
Purchases and Enrolment
3.1 To access a Course or certain Digital Products, you may be required to create an account and pay the applicable purchase price.
3.2 Your purchase is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and we have accepted your order. We will provide an order confirmation electronically.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where payment has not been received, fraud is suspected, a pricing error is identified before acceptance, or we are required to comply with applicable law. Where we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will provide an appropriate refund.
3.4 Unless expressly stated otherwise, our Digital Products are sold as one-time purchases rather than subscriptions.
3.5 Where payment plans or instalment arrangements are offered for a particular product, the applicable payment schedule and conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
3.6 Payments are accepted through the payment methods displayed at checkout. We may use third-party payment processing providers to securely process transactions.
Currency and International Payments
3.7 MRS READY LTD operates from the United Kingdom. All prices displayed on our Website, sales pages and checkout pages are in United States Dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers purchasing from outside the United States may have the transaction converted into their local currency by their bank, card issuer or payment provider.
The final amount charged in a customer's local currency may vary depending on applicable exchange rates and any foreign currency conversion or international transaction fees.
Any such fees imposed by the customer's bank, card issuer or payment provider are the customer's responsibility.
Any applicable taxes or mandatory charges collected by us will be disclosed before the purchase is completed.
Cancellation Rights (United Kingdom)
3.8. If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. However, if a Course, Digital Product, or AI Tool is digital content made available immediately after purchase, you will lose that right only where, before access is provided, you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right to cancel once supply begins. If you have not given that consent and acknowledgement, and supply has not started, you may cancel within the applicable statutory period by emailing info@mrsready.com
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. If the digital content we supply does not match its description, is not of satisfactory quality, or is not fit for purpose where required by law, you may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
After the end of any applicable statutory cancellation period, we are not obliged to provide a refund simply because you have chosen not to access, start, complete, continue with, or use a Course or a Digital Product. This does not affect any rights you may have where the Course or a Digital Product is faulty, misdescribed, or not supplied in accordance with your statutory rights.
Where a Course includes any live teaching, marking, feedback, mentoring, support, or other service element, that part of the Course is provided as a service and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights in relation to that service.
If you receive access to a Course, Digital Product as part of a bundle, promotion, bonus, trial, complimentary access arrangement, or special offer, any refund or cancellation rights will apply only to the paid product or service as required by law, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
Cancellation Rights (International Customers)
3.9 We sell Digital Products to customers internationally. Cancellation and refund rights may differ depending on the laws applicable in the customer's country, state, province or territory of residence.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to your purchase under applicable law.
Refund Policy
3.10 Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a specific product offer, purchases of Courses and Digital Products are non-refundable once access to the purchased digital content has been provided.
We do not ordinarily provide refunds because a customer:
Changes their mind after purchasing;
Decides not to access, download, start or complete a Course;
No longer wishes to use a purchased Digital Product;
Does not implement the information or strategies provided;
Does not achieve a particular personal, dating or relationship outcome; or
Finds that the educational content does not meet their personal expectations where it otherwise conforms to its description and applicable legal requirements.
This policy does not affect any statutory cancellation rights or rights to remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content.
Statutory Consumer Rights
3.11 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
For UK Consumers, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides rights in relation to digital content, including requirements concerning satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and conformity with its description.
Where a Digital Product is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied in accordance with applicable law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or other remedy as required by law.
International customers may have additional or different remedies under applicable local laws.
Products Containing Services
3.12 Where a Course or Digital Product includes live teaching, consultations, mentoring, personalised feedback, group sessions or other service elements, additional cancellation rights or conditions may apply to those services.
Any applicable service-specific terms will be disclosed before purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory rights relating to the provision of services.
Bundles, Promotions and Complimentary Products
3.13 Where a Course or Digital Product is provided as part of a bundle, promotion, bonus, special offer, trial, scholarship or complimentary access arrangement, cancellation and refund rights will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the specific terms of the offer.
Complimentary bonuses do not ordinarily have a separate refundable monetary value unless expressly stated otherwise.
Refund Requests
3.14 To request a cancellation, refund or remedy, please email info@mrsready.com with your full name, the email address used for purchase, the product purchased, your order number where available, and a description of your request.
We will review requests in accordance with these Terms and applicable consumer protection law.
Where a refund is due, it will normally be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Any currency conversion applied by banks or payment providers may result in a different amount appearing in your local currency when a refund is received.
4. Taxes
4.1 Prices for our Digital Products are displayed in USD unless expressly stated otherwise.
4.2 Depending on your location and the applicable tax rules, your purchase may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), Harmonised Sales Tax (HST), sales tax or other applicable indirect taxes.
4.3 We will calculate, collect and remit applicable taxes where required by law.
4.4 Where applicable law requires taxes to be included in the advertised price, we will display prices accordingly. Where taxes may lawfully be added separately, any such taxes will be clearly disclosed before you complete your purchase.
4.5 You are responsible for any taxes, duties, bank charges or other charges imposed directly on you by applicable law or your payment provider, except where we are legally responsible for collecting or paying those amounts.
4.6 Charging customers in USD does not necessarily determine the tax treatment of a purchase. Applicable taxes may depend on the customer's location, the nature of the product and relevant tax laws.
5. Our Digital Products and Services
5.1 We will supply our Courses and Digital Products in accordance with their descriptions at the time of purchase and our obligations under applicable law.
5.2 Our products are primarily delivered electronically through third-party platforms, including online course platforms, digital download services and email delivery systems.
5.3 Digital Products are generally made available shortly after successful purchase, unless a different delivery schedule is expressly stated.
5.4 We may make reasonable changes to our Courses and Digital Products for educational, technical, security, legal or operational reasons, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the core content or value of a purchased product contrary to applicable consumer rights.
5.5 We aim to keep our educational content accurate, useful and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information will remain current indefinitely or that every educational approach will be suitable for every individual.
5.6 Our Courses and Digital Products are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
5.7 We do not guarantee any particular dating, relationship, engagement, marriage, emotional, personal or other outcome from purchasing or using our products.
Results depend on individual circumstances, personal decisions, implementation, interactions with other people and factors outside our control.
5.8 We aim to provide reliable access to our Courses and Digital Products. However, access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity problems, security incidents or third-party platform outages.
We will take reasonable steps to resolve problems within our control.
5.9 Where we are unable to supply a purchased product or a material part of it, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Course Access
5.10 Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant sales page, purchases of our prerecorded online Courses include lifetime access to the purchased Course.
For the purposes of these Terms, “lifetime access” means access for as long as we continue to operate and make the relevant Course available through our course delivery systems. It does not mean access for the lifetime of the purchaser or guarantee that any particular platform will operate indefinitely.
5.11 We may change course hosting providers or delivery platforms where reasonably necessary.
5.12 If we intend to permanently discontinue a Course or materially change the access originally promised, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers and provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.
5.13 Downloadable materials may be saved for your own personal use where downloading is permitted. Your rights to use these materials remain subject to the intellectual property provisions of these Terms.
6. Your Obligations
6.1 You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a purchase contract.
6.2 You agree to use our Website, Courses and Digital Products lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
6.3 You must not share your account credentials, course access, download links or purchased materials with another person.
6.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access.
6.5 You must not attempt to access another person's account, impersonate another person or provide false or misleading information in connection with a purchase.
6.6 You must not knowingly introduce malicious software, viruses, automated scraping tools or other harmful technology into our Website or delivery systems.
6.7 You must not use our products or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or infringing purposes.
6.8 You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of MRS READY LTD and third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership
All content provided through our Website, Courses and Digital Products, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, ebooks, PDFs, templates, worksheets, guides, written materials, graphics, logos, branding, trademarks, course structures, original frameworks, teaching materials and downloadable resources, is owned by or licensed to MRS READY LTD.

When you purchase a Course or Digital Product, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to access and use the purchased content for your own private, non-commercial educational purposes.
This licence does not transfer ownership of any Intellectual Property Rights to you.
We may revoke or restrict this licence where you materially breach these Terms, subject to applicable law and your statutory rights.

Unless we have provided prior written permission or applicable law expressly permits the activity, you must not:
Share, distribute, reproduce, copy, publish or resell any part of our Courses or Digital Products;
Upload our content to public websites, file-sharing services, social media platforms or other online services;

Sell, sublicense, rent, lend or otherwise commercially exploit our content;
Present our original content as your own work; or
Use our protected content to develop competing educational materials or products without our prior written permission.
These restrictions do not prevent uses expressly permitted by law.
7.4 Personal Use of Downloadable Materials
You may download and print PDFs, workbooks, worksheets, guides and other downloadable materials for your own personal use where such downloading or printing is permitted.
You must not distribute or make these materials available to others, whether free of charge or for payment.
7.5 Original Methods and Frameworks
Our Courses may contain original teaching frameworks, educational structures, branded methods, exercises and proprietary learning resources.
You may apply the general knowledge, principles and advice you learn to your own personal life.
However, you must not reproduce or commercially exploit our protected written materials, distinctive presentations, branding or other protected intellectual property without our prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of general ideas, facts, concepts or information that are not protected by applicable intellectual property law.
7.6 Unauthorised Sharing
Purchasing a Course or Digital Product grants access only to the individual purchaser, unless we expressly provide otherwise.
If we reasonably believe that purchased materials or access credentials have been unlawfully shared, distributed or used in breach of these Terms, we may investigate and take proportionate action, including restricting access or pursuing available legal remedies.
7.7 Intellectual Property Infringement
If you become aware of unauthorised reproduction, distribution or commercial use of our protected content, you may notify us at info@mrsready.com.
We reserve the right to enforce our Intellectual Property Rights through appropriate legal measures.

8.6 Dating and relationships involve the independent decisions, actions and free will of other individuals. We cannot control or guarantee another person's feelings, intentions, behaviour or decisions.
8.7 Where appropriate, you should seek advice from a suitably qualified professional concerning matters requiring professional assistance.
8.8 Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
9.3 We do not guarantee that our Website, Courses, Digital Products or delivery platforms will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available in a particular format. We will nevertheless comply with our applicable legal obligations.
9.4 We are not responsible for losses arising solely from decisions or actions you independently take in reliance on general educational content where we have not breached a legal duty owed to you.
9.5 We are not responsible for the independent conduct, intentions, decisions or actions of third parties, including individuals you meet, date or enter into relationships with, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
9.6 To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for business losses, loss of profits or other losses arising from commercial use of products sold for personal consumer use.
9.7 We do not exclude liability for reasonably foreseeable losses caused by our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
9.8 Where liability may lawfully be limited, our liability will be limited to a fair and reasonable extent having regard to the nature of the relevant purchase, the loss suffered and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, price reduction, damages or other remedy to which you are legally entitled.
10. Website and Service Changes
10.1 We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of our Website or services where reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal, educational or operational reasons.
10.2 We may change third-party providers used for website hosting, payment processing, email communication, digital downloads or Course delivery.
10.3 We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption to customers who have purchased products.
10.4 Where changes materially affect a paid purchase, we will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
11.1 We may suspend or restrict access to a customer account where we reasonably believe there has been a serious breach of these Terms, unauthorised sharing of purchased materials, fraudulent activity, unlawful conduct or a security risk.
11.2 Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before permanently terminating access.
11.3 Any suspension or termination will be proportionate to the circumstances and will not exclude any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
11.4 Termination of access does not transfer ownership of our Intellectual Property Rights or authorise continued unauthorised use of our protected materials.
12. Third-Party Platforms and External Links
12.1 Our Website and services may use third-party platforms for website hosting, payment processing, Course delivery, email communication and related business operations.
These may include Squarespace, SamCart, Kajabi and other service providers.

13.2 Our Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on our Website.

14.4 We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
14.5 Where applicable law requires us to provide information about alternative dispute resolution procedures or other consumer complaint mechanisms, we will do so.
14.6 Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any legal rights or remedies available under applicable law.
